FAQ

Kitchen remodeling questions, answered

Most remodels run a few weeks from demolition to final walkthrough once materials arrive. The exact timeline depends on scope — layout changes, cabinetry lead times, countertop templating — and we confirm a schedule with you before work begins.

Yes — most of our clients do. We contain dust, protect floors and pathways, and schedule any water or power downtime with you in advance so daily life keeps moving.

It depends on scope — moving walls, plumbing, or electrical typically requires permits, while cosmetic updates often don’t. We pull all required Arlington County permits and coordinate inspections as part of the contract.

Every project is different — layout, cabinetry, and material choices drive the number. That’s exactly why estimates are free: you get a clear scope and a fixed written price for your space before committing to anything.

We’re based in Arlington and serve homeowners across Northern Virginia — including Alexandria, Fairfax, McLean, Vienna, Falls Church, and Tysons.

Project Description

Our client approached us with the goal of revamping their outdated kitchen into a bright, open, and functional space. They envisioned a fresh, contemporary look with lighter, white-toned cabinetry to create an airy atmosphere. At the same time, they wanted to introduce contrast by incorporating wood-toned flooring, adding depth and character to the design.

One of the standout features of this renovation was the addition of a free-standing range hood, chosen to bring a sleek, modern touch while also serving as a unique focal point in the kitchen. Every element was carefully selected and crafted using the highest quality materials, ensuring both durability and elegance.

From concept to completion, bringing our client’s vision to life was an exciting journey for our team. The result is a spacious, inviting, and highly functional family kitchen—perfectly balancing style and practicality. Our client is beyond pleased with the outcome, and we are thrilled to have turned their dream kitchen into reality.

Hear From Our Happy Clients

From the very beginning — from demolition to what you see today — the design was perfect. Isa worked closely with us at the showroom in Arlington, and together we came up with a plan that they executed to a T.The quality of work was excellent, carried out by all the subcontractors. Isa kept everyone on schedule, and we were very pleased with the entire experience and the craftsmanship.Everything turned out beautifully — the lighting, the cabinets. We’re especially happy with the countertop and all the small additions we chose. There were no surprises throughout the project. We agreed on a plan and a price at the start, and that price remained consistent all the way through. We were very pleased with how everything started and finished. I was particularly impressed with the subcontractors they used — they all seemed to have a holistic understanding of the vision and executed it wonderfully. We’re just so happy with the work that was done. Kitchen and Bath Masters is an excellent company, and I would recommend them to anyone.
