We recently partnered with Summit Homes, an investor client renovating a residential property, who approached us with a request for a custom-designed closet for the primary bedroom. Their goal was to add value to the home by creating a sleek, functional storage solution that would appeal to modern buyers.

Taking into account the layout and dimensions of the space, we designed and built a fully custom closet system tailored to maximize storage, organization, and visual impact. Clean lines and a smart layout ensure a clutter-free and practical solution for everyday use.

To complement the minimalist yet luxurious feel of the bedroom, we finished the closet with matte black hardware, adding a subtle contrast and contemporary flair to the overall look. The result is a stylish, well-organized space that enhances both the functionality and market appeal of the home.
